🚨 ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: Any user who uploads, shares, transmits, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform, and reported to the appropriate law enforcement and national safety authorities.
1. Age Restrictions & Verification
Our services are strictly restricted to adults. To enforce this, we implement the following measures:
- Minimum Age Requirement: All registered users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Identity Verification: We require official identification documents during registration to verify the age and identity of our users before granting full access to communication features.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on NYIDA Matrimony:
- Uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any images, videos, texts, or links depicting minors in sexually explicit, suggestive, or abusive situations.
- Attempting to contact minors or facilitating communication with minors for exploitation or abuse.
- Using any language, usernames, profiles, or chats that promote, encourage, or reference child exploitation or abuse.
3. Reporting Mechanisms & User Tools
We provide multiple clear channels for users to report any suspicious activities or child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Every user profile, chat room message, and user interface contains an easily accessible "Report User" or "Report Content" button. Reporting child safety concerns immediately flags the user for priority administrative review.
- Direct Contact: Users, safety advocates, or law enforcement can report child safety concerns directly to our dedicated safety officer via email at support@nyida.in or joramkaku@gmail.com.
4. Content Moderation & Action
Once a report is submitted, our moderation team takes immediate action:
- Rapid Review: Priority moderation queues review flagged accounts or content within minutes of receiving a report.
- Immediate Removal & Ban: Any offending content will be permanently removed immediately, and the offending user's account will be permanently banned.
- Law Enforcement Collaboration: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and report CSAM/CSAE incidents to regional and national cybercrime cells and police authorities.
