NYIDA Matrimony is a cultural matchmaking platform dedicated to adult users seeking matrimonial unions. We maintain an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and material. Protecting children and ensuring a safe environment is our highest priority.

🚨 ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: Any user who uploads, shares, transmits, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform, and reported to the appropriate law enforcement and national safety authorities.

  1. Rapid Review: Priority moderation queues review flagged accounts or content within minutes of receiving a report.
  2. Immediate Removal & Ban: Any offending content will be permanently removed immediately, and the offending user's account will be permanently banned.
  3. Law Enforcement Collaboration: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and report CSAM/CSAE incidents to regional and national cybercrime cells and police authorities.
